Why?

Why are you shitting yourself over one review that was like 5 words long?

Anyway, here it is broken down.

The joke at the end wasn't really funny. It was kinda lame.

What most people do is play with flash for a few weeks before making their first submission. You obviously didn't want to wait and submitted something absolutely experienceless. There was no sign of easing, fluidity, it was just bad.

Length - A very important factor. This was, what, 10 seconds long? Effort is a necessity if you want to get anywhere here.

The combined forces of no length + crappy animation means that many people will mistake this for spam. And honestly, i don't care what you say, this is in the portal about the same time as your other stick video, and you only did it in one hour... yeah, this is spam.

Nobody likes spam, you're gonna have to spend a little more time on your animations. And i don't think you should submit anything until you have a month's practice with the program.

Anyways, that about sums it up. Sorry it had to be like that, but you aren't contributing to this wonderful asset we call newgrounds. Rather, defacing it.

You're at 312, and as long as this is on the front page, that'll just keep on rising...

This was really good. But usually when i review something, i note the flaws, not to be an asshole, but so those same flaws don't continue. Oh yeah, that's called constructive criticism.

So here it is: the thing i noticed right away that really took away from the epicness of your main character was the wobblyness. You know, like when you redraw a stick, but not in the exact place you wanted it to be, and then when you play it, it's like... vibrating(?) or something.

Secondly, i personally didn't like the eyes you put on your main. It made him look kinda silly whereas his fighting make him look like more of a silent serious epic. That's just an opinion thing, though. Oh, and it's not a negative, either. Adds style :>

I'd like to add that your smoke effects were amazing. Blur was used often but not overused so that it started looking strange to the eyes. And glow was used in the right places, too.

Congratulations.

You are one of the very few people who's first flashes didn't make me want to strangle them. I see effort in this, and potential. Keep it up.

First of all, i'd just like to say, that you completely contradicted yourself. If you wanted to spread this message, you would have done better to post it on your userpage, or something. Or at least by putting a little more effort into this flash, at least that way you wouldn't be defeating the purpose.

I find it funny that everybody else who reviewed were saying: "Yeah, man, that's a really good point. People should stop submitting crap."

Okay, well, for one thing, everybody already knows that. It's common knowledge. That's like you walking up to a tree, kicking it, and screaming HEY! DID YOU KNOW YOU WERE A TREE?
Stating the obvious. Pointless.
And secondly, this flash is part of that.

Sorry to sound mean, i don't intend to. Just saying. You are simply adding to the crap and spam.
Anyways, two stars for good intention, another star for the 'effort' you put into this.

Let's see, here:

Your spelling is shit.
The effects; they were shit.
The jokes; They were not funny.
You spelled goku's real name wrong (i do not spell it here in fear of misspelling it myself. I know how it is pronounced, but not how it is spelled).
The parts where you were obviously trying to be serious didn't seem serious because of the music that didn't fit the flash at all, and the crappy dialogue.

Yeah, you slid by quite luckily with that two, my friend.

hahaha wow your an even better comedian than me, you say you dont think the jokes are funny when you dont get them yourself, karrot...kakarot and then he procedes to say "i thought id have lunch and carrots are sounding good" which was a play on the word karrot, so i couldnt have made that joke with-out perposly misspelling kakarot.and that was the only joke i made therfore you couldnt not find the jokes funny while you do not understand them
